RETURN POLICY

 

Hi Style Dolls,

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY!

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full store credit for unused merchandise. 

All returns require a valid return authorization number. To initiate a return request for store credit, please email us at customersupport@whiplashstyles.com within 7 days of item(s) delivery date. You will receive an email response containing your return authorization number and additional return instructions. PLEASE NOTE: The return authorization is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return beyond 7 days it will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. If you received free shipping on your original purchase, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed (no signs of wear or odor). Return merchandise must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer. No exceptions!  

ACCESSORIES (SUNGLASSES, JEWELRY, BAG CHARMS, ETC.) ARE FINAL SALE

Please be sure to read item description and view our size chart prior to making purchases. We do our best to fully describe items and photograph them accurately.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Whiplash Styles thoroughly inspects all items prior to shipping. Accordingly, any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear (body odor/smoke) and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned like:

FINAL SALE items          Gift Cards           Accessories      Worn items

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Store Credit 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the store credit was approved. If approved, you will receive email notification within 3-5 business days containing the store credit/code information. 

Shipping Policy

Orders generally ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment and depending on the availability of goods. Domestic deliveries with USPS and average delivery time is 7-10 business days.

If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that show a confirmed delivery.

Shipping fees are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted deliveries).
